Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
- Shipping is fulfilled through trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
- Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
- Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
- Promotional shipping offers may apply periodically.
Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
- OG Shop is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier first.
- Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued for:- Approved returns (as outlined above)
- Orders canceled within the allowed cancellation window
Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
- No cash or alternate payment refunds will be issued
Refund Processing Time
- Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Processing times may vary based on the payment provider
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:- The item is returned in a condition different from its original shipped state
- Missing components or tags (when originally included)
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:- Buyer’s remorse / change of mind
- Items that match description but do not meet personal expectations
- Incorrect sizing (unless misrepresented)
- Normal wear consistent with pre-owned items
Chargebacks & Disputes
- Customers are encouraged to contact OG Shop directly before initiating a dispute
- OG Shop reserves the right to provide documentation (order details, photos, tracking) to payment processors for dispute resolution

Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase only, provided the order has not entered processing.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Return Policy (Consignment-Based Sales)
Important Notice
Due to the nature of consignment inventory:- Most items are one-of-a-kind
- Items are sold in pre-owned condition
Eligible Returns
Returns are only accepted if:- The item arrives damaged, or
- The item is materially different from its description
Return Request Requirements
- Requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery
- Item must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- With any original tags (if applicable)
Return Process

- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- If approved, return instructions will be provided
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Return Shipping Responsibility
- If the return is due to:
- Seller error or damage → Return shipping covered by OG Shop
- All other approved cases → Customer responsible for return shipping
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are not guaranteed due to limited inventory
- If approved, exchanges will be:
- For the same item (if available), or
- A comparable item of equal value, or
- Store credit (at OG Shop’s discretion)
